However i use most of the time Models or patterns. The problem is there is just one that i like which is the Steady Service with Valve activation. Duration 3 minutes 50 seconds. Other pattern are short and don t play with valve.
I have tried by myself to build one but it was complicated, long and i have not succeeded.
When i saw all your effort to deploy more videos and features, i simply requested for more longs patterns with valve activation.
I have emailed the customer service requesting for that.
I was very dissapointed because despite having explained that in details they answered me to do it by myself.
I use sometime other products wich have much more of this features but i prefer your device.
I asked also if we can download patterns. Response was also no.
I hope that you will improve that i have spend a lot for your device and accessories and maybe other also would like that.

I understand why our support team’s response was disappointing, particularly since you had already tried creating your own mode and found the process difficult. Their intention wasn’t to dismiss your request. The mode-creation feature is the solution we developed in response to customers wanting a wider variety of patterns. It allows each customer to choose the duration, speed changes, valve activations, and valve-activation times that suit them.
Because we serve tens of thousands of customers, we generally have to focus our development resources on broader features that can benefit many users rather than creating individual modes on request. That said, your suggestion for more included long-duration modes with valve activation is completely reasonable, and we’ll keep it in mind when considering additions to the standard mode library.
In the meantime, I would encourage you to give the mode creator another try, perhaps beginning with a simple pattern containing only a few longer steps. If there is a particular part of the process that you find confusing, please let us know. That feedback could also help us make the mode creator easier to use.
