The only reason I don’t buy all accessories for both the ai ultra and the vacuglide 2 is that the shipping isn’t fully discreet when shipped from the US. I live in the UK and it would be great if the accessories were available to buy from websites such as lovehoney, Anne summers, simply pleasure and bondara. They sell the machines but not the accessories atm, please make this happen!

Am waiting my package today is really not discreet ??
I believe the packaging if shipped overseas has to say what it is on it to clear customs. I think it says something like male massager or male massager accessories. So it’s not fully revealing but it’s easy to guess what it is.
That’s why I dont buy anything that isn’t from lovehoney or somewhere else in the UK as their packaging is 100% discreet

We ship in plain brown boxes from our US warehouse with DHL.The customs paperwork only describes the items generally, meaning it doesn’t say something like “sex toy.” It may say something like “sleeve” or “massage machine,” etc.
The customs paperwork is inside a plastic envelope on the side of the box, so nothing is visible on the box that would allow anyone to know what is in the box. If someone dug through the paperwork associated with the box, they would obviously find out what it is, because it is a legal requirement to include the customs paperwork with the product.
We never have issues regarding discreet shipping internationally.

Having said that, are there any plans to make the accessories more available in other stores/websites in the UK?
We ship internationaly with DHL, and my Googling says DHL cannot deliver to Amazon lockers, because they are not Amazon or an Amazon delivery partner. DHL Packstations, yes. Other types of box addresses, I am not sure.
Regarding more UK retailers and our accessories we can speak to our UK distributor about this.

my brown box has “ATBL-VCUGL 2” printed on it. So if you know, you know. When I ordered the CockDock it was written as such on the on the custom paper and it was put into a clear plastic envelop, so anyone could read “CockDock”.
My current order is still on hold, but I hope it will better mask whats inside.
The outer carton does have that description because it is a master carton. We have removed the vowels because I don’t think anyone would normally know what that is, but obviously you would know what it is.
As for CockDock, showing “CockDock” on the customs paperwork, I am immediately, on Tuesday, going to get a printout of every customs description and make sure that that does not happen again. Our warehouse recently changed their system, I’m wondering if they removed my discrete descriptions for each item.
Apologies for that, and I will get this fixed no later than Wednesday of this week.
Also, I just want to make sure I know that the customs paperwork is folded into an envelope, but I wouldn’t think that the product descriptions were visible, regardless.Is it that it happened to be folded in such a way that the descriptions were visible directly on the plastic window, or did you have to unfold the paper to see it?

The clear receivers are not yet in Europe, but I will try to get our distributors to take them asap.
Can you say when they are and what is the Wholesaler so i can tell our finlad local store the info.
No, the paperwork was folded and inserted into the plastic so everyone could read the contents.
Next time, I’ll make a picture for you. My new order should be delivered at the end of the month, so maybe you already fixed it by then.

We sell to Orion, Eropartner, and EQOM. They must purchase from one of those companies. If they request the clear receivers/sleeves it will help a lot, because the distributors handle thousands of products and they are happier to stock them if they know there is demand.
