So yeah autoblow/Brian, could you sell as an option on the autoblow website all the spare/different vacuglide sleeves on the receivers as well as I can’t get them on. As I have multiple disabilities and took the original off and now can’t get the new rail sleeve on. Luckily you were selling the clear sleeve and receiver together, so if you could do the same with all the sleeves that would be great
Hi there. Unfortunately, the only way that we sell them together is in the large accessories pack, where we sell three sleeves and three receivers together. I believe that when that one is sold out, we have not created more of those packs because everyone was angry with us for selling them together. They requested that we sell each one individually.There is not really a business case for selling the sleeve already applied to the receiver, because that’s not how people order. The receivers last forever, so they don’t require additional receivers. They only require sleeves, generally speaking.
The reason the clear ones come with a sleeve is that no one has a clear case, and it would be a lot of extra inventory work for us to keep those parts separately. They come together as the clear ones.
I’m sorry that I don’t have a better answer for you, but we have, other than this special case, basically zero demand for them sold altogether.I guess it’s awkward, but might you have anyone who assists you that might not exactly know what it is and they can assemble them for you?
These will also last longer if they’re taken off because they’re under constant stress in the folded areas if you leave them on permanently, but that is not the biggest deal ever.
Sorry again, I don’t have a better answer for you. I could just bullshit you and tell you, “Yeah, we’ll work on that for you,” but I want to tell you the truth about why that is probably unlikely to happen.
Hi thanks for the trustful candid reply, better then some corporate bull. Unfortunately apart from my mum I haven’t really anyone to put it on and one off would be ok but multiple putting it on would be suspicious haha.
Had my mum try put it on and she couldn’t put it on either as the sleeve is so hard to put on to the receiver. So have to just have to have a empty un-used receiver and sleeve.
That’s a bummer, man. The latex ones can be difficult in the smaller sizes, but the silicone ones shouldn’t be, although there is a direction for how they should be applied. The thinner part goes around the top where the cap mounts, and the thicker part folds over around the opening. I guess it depends on her hand strength, but there’s no other way to do that. The good news is that even if you have the clear one and the original one that came on there, they should last for quite a long time without any issues and without removing them.
