Autoblow AI+ 3 Red LED Repair guide

So I recently had the three red LEDs and normally you can just reboot on and off and that will fix it but this time it didn’t so here is what I did:

  1. Remove six Philip head screws on the top of unit.
  2. Remove the blue plastic cover top housing.
  3. You will notice a black wheel/gear (I will try to add a picture) Gently turn this gear to unstick it.
  4. To confirm you did this correctly turn the machine on for a second to verify the red light status has disappeared (while doing this test it’s a good ideas to put the blue cap back on as it also has an alignment hole.

If your issue is a jammed encoder wheel this will fix it, otherwise it may be something else.

I had this issue after using one of the factory settings on high speed with nothing in the machine.

Hi Jeff,

Just so other Forum members know, this AI+ machine has been discontinued for more than a year. I am super happy to hear that you have figured out a fix for this issue.Not that many guys are comfortable with these mechanisms and electronics, but it seems you have figured it out. Thanks for letting other guys know. Our current Autoblow Ultra does not use this encoder mechanism.
