Auto lube cap for VacuGlide

It was very timely that a forum user posted a question about automatic lubrication for a Vacuglide yesterday.As it was the same day that I just filmed the video below demonstrating our final prototype for a lube dispensing VacuGlide cap

I’m sure there are better and more advanced engineering options - but in terms of dispensing lube without interruption for the Autoblow - a simple thought came to me…could the vacuum cap be modded to dispense lube?

I don’t have a vacuuglide or the cap so I don’t have a clue.

But I figure if there’s attach points for a hose, then in theory instead of air it could facilitate lube delivery.

I imagine the end of the cap has to link to the sleeve to actually form a vaccuum seal which should mean there’s no major hurdle in lube properly being delivered inside the sleeve?

Obviously if it doesn’t link to the sleeve itself but only relies on vacuum created by the air pressure around the sleeve itself would likely need greater modification to actually funnel into the sleeve.

But the update about the lube dispensing cap got me wondering about doing the same for the autoblow.

My thinking defaults to existing modularity over creating something new. My fancier complex thought process involved internal monitoring of drag and relying on AI to calculate the optimal lube levels based on how hard the machine is working gauged against the benchmark specs for strokes per minute and power required to maintain those levels- because obviously working harder to maintain the same level means less lube and adding more would reduce the effort on the machine - it wouldn’t even require extra tech for the dispensing, if you built a specific stroke pattern that caused the lube to trigger - e.g. setting a max stroke height that when exceeded opens a seal to dispense lube. The real advantage to that would be AI GFs could work that into the algorithm effectively becoming more “wet” or producing more saliva as part of the experience…but that engineering seems real long term compared to PVC tube + Syringe + Vacuum cap = more lube when you need

I’ve engineered and built stuff in my day.

I’d say just use a check valve with an adjustable spring tension to allow for the vacuum sleeve to pull in lube.

Doesn’t even need a modified cap you can literally replace the plug that’s currently on the cap. Just make it snug fit and a tiny 100mL lube container and that’s it.

We try to keep our accessories on the simpler side, mechanically speaking.

Every complex addition to a simple invention requires potentially more complex molding, more complex parts, more complex assembly, more complex usage instructions, more ways to break, etc.

In the case of the VacuGlide cap, what you can’t see is that the silicone nipple valve is still there and it’s a very important part of the system. It’s located underneath the lube reservoir.So that part of the cap actually is unchanged. There are two small channels that are pushing the lube from the top, but beside the nipple valve assembly, into the chamber.

Your idea about how to connect it to the AI Girlfriends to dispense only at certain times is technically possible but economically unfeasible. It’s not that it’s impossible to build a cap that could dispense lube into the Ultra. It actually is quite reasonably possible with the same type of plunger assembly. I think if we have enough demand for it, we could probably do that. But it would not be electronically activated to only dispense it at certain moments.

Thanks for the suggestion. Even if it’s something that is not reasonable for us to make, I think hearing all of the ideas makes us better.

Agreed with it being more fantasy driven for the AI girlfriends than anything.

I was originally just thinking about the OG Vacuum Caps not the built for lube dispensing caps.

In line with the whole KISS approach - I figured basic dispensing will be far easier if manually controlled through the simplest mechanics.

I thought of the vacuum cap only because of the assumption the same place where the vacuum hose attaches could serve to attach a line that fed lube in rather than pull air out.

Granted - on top of my overall lack of familiarity with the actual cap itself there’s also some vacuum / pressure mechanics that are outside my area of knowledge…so I’m the first to admit this probably wouldn’t be a simple solve lol

I just figured it’s the same basic system as those squirting dildos - it’s just a tube + syringe for pushing lube through.

I was thinking the OG vacuum cap because I assumed far less was going on under the cap itself - which could be entirely incorrect. Just that the same attach point for the air hose would be a spot for a lube hose. Again - there’s a lot of potential issues still because while air and fluid mechanics are similar the viscosity of lube and the movement of the machine probably risk things not working if one just tried to use the OG vacuum cap. But I was curious at least.

Obviously even if that worked now you have to solve the issues of making sure the lube goes where you want it while maintaining compatibility with every existing part and sleeve without forcing people to buy new specialty ones.

The only real upside would be that there’s almost no extra weight on the cap the motors have to compensate for - because the tube would be super light.

I’m no engineer but I do like this sort of thought process and problem solving as a fun exercise.
