The Plug on top of the sleeve. I’ve used one of the spares, as the old one Broke/didn’t keep the vacuum in.
On the package there was a QR link to a video, stating that if I used one of those, look at the video, which didn’t give me any cleafication as to why.
My question is, I use this, to release the vacuum, to get it deeper, if it climbs up the Penis. And I feel, like it’s getting weaker every time I push this to release the pressure, to be able to refit the sleeve.
Am I using this “feature” wrong, ? and is it possible to buy new rubber caps anyware ? As it seems like this is a degrading part over time. ?
Hello Mr. Tiger. I’m not totally sure what you are asking.The piece on top of your cap to the receiver is a silicone valve.
It is designed to let air out but not in. You also do not push it to release pressure. You never would need any part of your body, like your finger, to touch that valve. All of the functionality for the internal valves activation are on the machine, in the stroking - and + buttons.
The silicone piece also usually does not degrade over time, but we do include 2 extra with every VacuGlide, because they can occasionally split.
I would suggest in this case that you contact our customer service team, who will be happy to work with you more on this issue. They may ask for a photo of the valve or the piece that you believe is malfunctioning.
Okay. but when I use it with SLR, there’s no “release” function. So if it’s running, there’s no other way for me to reseat the sleve if it climbs or fall off. I’ve tried brute force, but there’s simply not room enough to let the air pass around the Penis.
Will the Stroke +/- still work, while using it that way ?
The one I discarded, was “split” in the top, and allowed air in, on every stroke. That failed after a months usage approx. Also, I remove it, when I clean the sleeve after use.
Hi ok - I understand a bit better now. We do give 2 extra valves, so you should be able to replace the split one with one of the extras. The stroking - and stroking + functions on the machine do work during video sync and I think most people use them from time to time.
Okay, thanks. Are the Pricing on the replacement nipples on the website correct ? 2 pcs for 12 USD ? I would have expected 10 pcs for that price 
And is there any supplyer in Europe that sells accessories, as the Customs and shipping from US are expensive af
Yes, so the full the story, because you’re asking, is that the manufacturing cost is only one part of their long journey until they wind up in our warehouse, ready to sell. They get shipped in a container with other goods of ours, then we pay additional 20% anti-China duties to import them to the U.S., then there’s a separate fee to ship our container with all our stuff to our warehouse from the ship.
By the way, due to global conflict and the repositioning of ships, we paid about $6,500 to ship a full container to the U.S. in June. Our most recent price was $13,000 for the same container.Around holidays, it can get even higher.
Then, once the goods arrive at our warehouse, we pay our third-party warehouse to unload the goods and put them into our inventory.And then each time an item is picked and packed into a box for filling a retail order, we pay about $5. Plus, we subsidize international shipping pretty heavily, depending on how large the parcel is. VacuGlide is subsidized more so than these nipples or a smaller accessory but overall, international shipping is a part of the business we lose a significant amount of money on.
That’s probably more information than you wanted to know, but when people ask, I like to explain the full story of how operating our business works. I’m not exxagerating on this - selling you those two nipples (that cost us like 30 cents) for $12 and shipping abroad definitely is a loss for us. It’s something we just take on as part of supporting our customers who have purchased either from us or from our distributors.
