I noticed that the mounting system was added recently, but I’d really like to buy some of the new unique sleeves especially the most recent one, as well as an option to buy accessory stuff like eu specific adapter. This is a fake copy of our website. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our site is autoblow.com. We will be contacting them and if no reply, immediate legal action to get it taken down. They are a reseller of our brand in Europe but they know they cannot steal all of our content and pretend to be us, even using our trademark in the domain name. It’s outrageous.
Wow, didn’t expect it to be a fake because it looks professionally made! Since they are playing a pretending game your reaction makes perfect sense. Would it be possible in foreseeable future for you to launch your own eu specific site or is that something outside of your current goals?
That’s a real company, and they do sell our machines. But obviously, anyone who’s been in business for longer than a day knows you can’t rip off the design, graphics, and words from a brand and then put it on your own website using their trademark in the domain name and think it’s okay.

We sell our machines and limited accessories to our European distributors, and they are available within Europe.What’s not available within Europe are many of our accessories.The reason for this is that the EU does not want many things to be available at reasonable prices in the EU to people who live there. I lived in Europe for several years and the deep love of regulations was interesting to me, as an American.
They make it so expensive and so absurdly time consuming to comply with documentation and testing requirements, and they keep piling on these requirements every year. It only makes sense, therefore, to maintain compliance for our machines and a limited set of accessories. Accessories that would retail for $20-$50 do not provide enough margin, especially once sold via distributors, to go through all of the paperwork processes.
If they stopped piling on new requirements a couple of years ago, I probably would have taken steps to make more products available. But they continually add new and more complex requirements (GSPR most recently).
At a certain point, it does not make economic sense to make our whole suite of accessories available to distributors, because it would be a net negative profit when you factor in the time and complexity of constant compliance headaches. We have to just pick our battles and so for our distributors, we have just decided to supply them with the most important parts, being machines and main accessories.
We do plan to make our clear receivers and clear sleeves for Vacuglide available in Europe by the fall.
Otherwise, you can purchase accessories from our USA site. I realize it’s not ideal because you need to pay to ship them, but we have a great price with DHL and very smooth, fast delivery to Europe. Plus they last a long time. So… buy once cry once.

I know a little bit about the regulations you talk about as I work on some minor level with people who import stuff from Asia into Europe and deal with similar issues so I get your point. I bough my Ultra through your official website two years ago and have been very happy with it, if not for being a bit tight on disposable income at the moment I would definitely get myself some new goodies, all the new attachments, functions and products seem to improve the overall user experience, I really like the new autopilot mode it’s a real game changer for me.
