# Probleme mit Script und Video

Hallo bin neu hier und habe heute den Vacuglide 2 bekommen.

Leider funktioniert der Script Upload / das ändern und die synchronisierten Videos nicht. Bekomme folgenden fehler und werde ausgeloggt.

Alles weitere scheint zu funktionieren (AI, Remote, etc…)

**Amazon AWS hat in den letzten 24 Stunden Probleme mit der Datenbank gehabt. Der Fehler wird wahrscheinlich in naher Zukunft behoben, und das ist vermutlich auch die Ursache für deine Fehlermeldung. Wir müssen einfach warten, bis das Problem auf dem Amazon-Server gelöst wird.**

Ich habe kleiche problem.

We had a server issue affecting mainly customers in Europe. This issue has been fixed and deployed.
