I seem to have a malfunction today. It’s as though the “< Stroke” function is stuck on. Or maybe there is a leak in the machine. If I add air I hear it hissing and being removed on each stroke. I adjusted stroke length from shortest to longest and back before restarting and it was fixed for a minute. But the problem has resumed. A rhythmic kind of faint hissing/honking sound and the effect of the “< Stroke button” being pressed on each spin of the arm in the machine. I’ve tried a bit of basic troubleshooting but the sounds is new. Not sure if I can/should open up the case and see if there is something mechanical or obvious going on. Anyone have a similar issue? Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot. I’m confident the physical button is not stuck. I’ve tried to work around using the autopilot and remote control features online as well as the physical buttons on the machine.
Can you clarify if this happens in offline mode as well or only online mode? Send me your device token and i will look into it, i might be able to detect a stuck button from the online logs.

One thing I did find with my “troubleshoot”. It seems like it’s an issue with the software/scripting side rather than a physical/mechanical issue.
If it was in the “constant suck/shorten” mode and I run one of the first 3 pre loaded scripts that includes valve activations this breaks the spell and the machine faithfully executes the script. If I then go back to the remote via the online I get some period of accuracy controlling the +/- before it fallls back into the constant suck mode.
It also seemed like adjusting the stroke length back/forward to each end and then setting somewhere in the middle broke the spell but not always. Weird.
I think it was falling into constant suck during the autopilot feature after I did a few manual valve activations as well but it was mostly while using the online remote.
The sound it makes when it is in the “constant suck” mode has also varied. in the beginning it was the typical “hiss” valve sound I would expect to hear. Then it changed to a weird kind of quiet honking sound.
Being able to execute a temporary fix takes this from something that completely compromised my machine to something that’s pretty annoying but tolerable short term. Hopefully there is something obvious that can be fixed and I have contributed to a better machine going forward.

I’m also noticing some other weird behaviour. I wrote a short script to help overcome this issue and it’s running but not changing speeds as per the script. The script is 24 seconds long, 12 seconds at 20% and 12 seconds at 30%. It runs til about 18 seconds but doesn’t move from 20% to 30% as programmed. Then it skips back from 18 seconds to around 6%. At least that’s what shows on the visual display. The output is just 20% constantly. So I think I have a firmware/software issue? Let me know if it’s ok to post the token here or if I can send it to you directly. Would love to see if it looks like it is misbehaving from your perspective.
I made a video. How would you like me to share it with you. Did my machine token let you see anything obvious that is going on? Because i can hear this audible hissing it’s very tempting to want to open it up and think it’s a mechanical problem that I can fix easily. I’ve read on other posts you generally dont recommend this so I haven’t tried to open it.
