Is there any news regarding this, as shipping and customs eats away of a good deal. Need a spare part 10 USD, shipping 50 USD, customs 40 USD

Which spare part is it that you are looking for?

We have some of those spare parts available through our distributors, but unfortunately, it is not our choice that all of them are not available directly within the EU. The European Union has purposefully made it unnecessarily complex, costly, and time-consuming to sell low-cost items within the European Union. Has limited our ability to make every part available there, but we will definitely hear you on your request if you let us know which part that is.

Some good news for EU users. I was informed by a Finnish retailer that they will be able to source these from a European wholesaler in November. If you are based in Finland, you can inquire about them at the shop Keltainen Ruusu in Helsinki, for instance via email. This means that if you are in Europe, it may be possible to have these products ordered through your local store.

Hi Brian. I only need two or 4 Nipples. But will buy a new medium sleeve, as I feel like it’s expanded or my tool got slimmer. But it does not fit as well when it was new. also I would buy a new cap and rubber seal.

the total will be lees, than shipping and import customs. Have you reached out to Sinful, that sells your products, as they are a massive distributer in EU ?

FYI Sinful is not a distributor. They’re a retailer. We sell to the 2-3 companies who sell to them, but yes, I can get on board with them to have more parts available. I will be attending Erofame, our industry EU trade show at the end of this month, it will be a great topic for us to discuss.

I can also inform the Sinful people when I meet them.

That would be perfect. Since the parts is not that expensive, getting rid of the handling fees from DHL, customs ect. Would drive the price way down. Otherwise you can ship me a crate, then ill distribute it across europe 😉

tech question, the nipple, can it be replaced by anything that blocks the hole, or does it have a specific purpose ?

The valve serves an important purpose. When the machine is pushing air in, it lets the air out so that the receiver moves up on your penis, but during the suction phase, it does not let any air in so that the receiver gets pulled down.

</div>

So the nipple are designed to be open in the end. Got ya. Am I the only one experiencing this to be worn and start to let air in upon suction ?

</div>

I’m not sure which part of it could be worn because it’s just a simple flap at the top that closes. Is there a visible hole in it or other visible issue? We do give everyone two additional pieces of that valve in their VacuGlide package, just in case they lose one or if one suffers some damage.

</div>

The top of it, is split, eg if I press it it opens (I assume that is expected). So the experience I have, is during suction, the lubricant, will sometimes exit through the nipple, and sometimes, air seeps in the other way, resulting in vacuum loss, and the sleve works it self off.

Correct there was two additional, one has already been replaced and im on #2, but I have misplaced #3 , so I cannot find it.

</div>

I have only heard of a split nipple a handful of times since we started making VacuGlide 1 several years ago. I’m not accusing you of doing something wrong. I am just curious, though, because we have never, on our own, seen this problem occur ourselves at the factory during our testing, and I have never had it happen to me and I have used it a lot during development. Is there any unique way you might have used the machine that might be different from how other people use it? I would like to make sure the valves are either robust enough to withstand that use case or potentially warn people not to do that unless they want to risk replacing the valve (which is cheap/easy to do). So any info you might be able to provide on how you use it or what was happening when the actual tear occursed would help us on this valve issue. Thanks!

</div>

This is what happened to both of them, but didn’t you say they should be “open” but over time, it lets in air during use, or lubricant out.

The only thing I can think of, is if it’s not meant to be open. That during use, I force the sleeve on and press pretty hard on it to go deeper. So the excess air are pushed around the Penis. And sometimes, when doing so, the air exits through the nipple. I’m quite girthy, so requires some strength.

Hi, thanks for posting this video, but I’m happy to tell you that the valve is not broken. It is supposed to open to let the air exit. That is how it is designed to do exactly what you’re doing in the video.
