Hi! My machine is only two weeks old and has been working perfectly until now. Even though my internet works fine on both my computer and phone, the machine is now just blinking blue and won’t connect. I’ve already tried resetting/re-entering the key, but it didn’t help. Is anyone else having issues getting their machine to connect to the internet?

There was an AWS issue yesterday affecting many companies, and a secondary issue occurred today which affected our server in Europe. It has since been fixed, and I believe all services are back to normal. Our engineer will post a reply shortly.
