Just received and tested out my new Cock Dock accessory. Watched the setup video, set everything up just like in the video. However, I’m running into an intermittent issue with the accessory. It seems like the semicircle pieces that hold the receiver get “stuck?” at a certain point on the rails. This causes the device to basically push me back & out repeatedly, instead of creating that stroking sensation. For context, I’m trying this while in a sitting (but fairly leaned back) position. I tried playing with spinning the orientation of where the receiver/hose sits, and nothing seemed to make this issue any better. If I barely put my hands on either side of the semicircle pieces and help it move away from me on the upstroke, it seems to work fine. It just feels like something is ever so slightly off, stopping the device from working as intended and showed in the video.
Any/all tips are welcome, as this is the first time I’ve ever used the Cock Dock. I was hoping this would replace the Milking Mount for me, but off to a rocky start.
Also, thanks Brian, for all you do here!

I think it can also matter what orientation the hose is in, because if the hose is pulling it too far in one direction, the plastic parts can bind on the rods like you describe. I guess, overall, you just have to move the hose in such a way that it’s pulling the receiver more into the middle to avoid that. Maybe some other Cock-Dock guys have some suggestions.
You could also, if you’re comfortable, drill the holes ever so slightly larger on those plastic parts in the carriage, although it shouldn’t be necessary.
I’ve encountered the same. I’ve had limited success in fixing it by greasing the track (petroleum jelly). Didn’t love that fix but it did indeed help. I also alleviated it some by making sure that the two semi circles that form the holder around the receiver were in perfect alignment by pinching the sides of one or the other end with my fingers. Sometimes one side overlaps just a bit too much causing extra friction on both rails.
Hope these thoughts help!
Yes, that is an issue. You need to very carefully align the holes perfectly. If the alignment is off even by 10% or 15% on one side, you will get binding. It requires a bit of manual fiddling with your fingers to perfectly align the holes.
