Today my autoblow started refusing to connect.
4 times out of 5 it just keeps on flashing for maybe a minute, and then stops. The fifth time it seems to connect (though after much longer time than usual), but then comes up with the connection error message when starting start a video.
I have gone thru the steps with re connecting to the WiFi several times, but it just refuses to cooporate.
What to do?
There was a huge AWS outage today that might even still be ongoing for some. The machine is fine, its Amazon that was not. AWS hosts all of our online services. Dozens of huge companies also affected today. I trust its back to normal by now for most.

first I like to thank you for inventing such a wonderful Maschine like the Vacuglide2.
The AWS-Servers for Germany are not working correctly again. I’ve tried for hours now, but without success. I’ve checked everything.
I’m very sad, because I planned a whole day enjoying it.
Maybe your technician should have a look at and restart the services or close an open database? Thanks in advance.
